1. Slip your hand in the wrist support and ensure that the hook rests at the base of your hand.

These lifting hooks are great. I feel way more confident on those pulls where I know my grip is going to eventually give out. To be honest, I prefer these over straps because they hook on the bar better securing my grip. That way, I can just focus on maintaining a good form which is important for weight training.
